ISG. Means International Steel Group Inc. and each of the affiliates of International Steel Group Inc. (meaning any entity that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, International Steel Group Inc.), along with all successors and assigns of each of such entities.
