Example Definitions of "Israeli Employee"
Israeli Employee. Means a person who is a resident of the state of Israel or who is deemed to be a resident of the state of Israel for the payment of tax, and who is an employee or an Office Holder ("Nose Missra") of the Company, or any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company, in each case excluding a person who is a Controlling Shareholder prior to the issuance of the relevant Award or as a result thereof.
Israeli Employee. Employees, office holders of the Company or a Related Company ('Nosei Misra' — as such term is defined in the Israeli Companies Law 1999) and Directors (excluding those who are considered a 'Controlling Shareholder' pursuant to Section 32(9) of the Tax Ordinance or otherwise excluded by the Tax Ordinance)
Israeli Employee. Any Employee of the Company or Subsidiary, who is (or is deemed to be) a resident of the State of Israel for the purpose of payment of taxes, excluding a "Controlling Shareholder" (as such term is defined in Section 32(9) of the Ordinance)
Israeli Employee. Either (i) an individual employed by an Israeli resident Subsidiary, or (ii) an individual who is serving and is engaged personally (and not through an entity) as an "office holder" by an Israeli resident Subsidiary, but in both cases, excluding any Controlling Stockholder
Israeli Employee. Means any Israeli employee of the Company's Israeli Affiliate, and any Israeli individual who is serving as a Nose Misra - Office Holder (as such term is defined in the Israeli Companies' Law, 5759-1999, including directors) of the Company's Israeli Affiliate, but excluding any Controlling Shareholder.
