Example Definitions of "Issuable Shares"
Issuable Shares. The number of shares (the "Issuable Shares") of common stock of Purchaser which Seller would have the right to acquire upon conversion of Convertible Notes, assuming that $19,400,000 of Convertible Notes were issued at the First Closing Date
Issuable Shares. Shall mean the shares of Common Stock issuable upon (i) the conversion of the Series A Preferred Stock and upon the exercise of the Warrants, or (ii) as payment for any dividend or interest on the Series A Preferred Stock or the Notes.
Issuable Shares. Shall mean the shares of Common Stock issuable upon the conversion of the Notes and upon the exercise of the Warrants.
