Example Definitions of "Issuance Price"
Issuance Price. Shall mean $0.30 per share of Stock, as adjusted to reflect the occurrence of any stock split, stock dividend, stock combination, stock subdivision or similar recapitalization affecting such share.
Issuance Price. Shall mean $0.30 Two Thousand and 70/100 Dollars ($2,000.70) per share of Series C Preferred Stock, as adjusted to reflect the occurrence of any stock split, stock dividend, stock combination, stock subdivision or similar recapitalization affecting such share.

Issuance Price. Means $2.78, which price is equal to the greatest of (i) the closing bid price of the Common Stock on Nasdaq on the Preceding Closing Date, (ii) the Company's book value per share as of the date of this Agreement and (iii) the average of the closing bid prices of the Common Stock on Nasdaq on each of the four trading days immediately preceding and including the Preceding Closing Date.
Issuance Price. Means the Sales Price less the Selling Commission and the Agent's costs and fees under Section 2.04.
Issuance Price. Means $17.00 per Series B Preferred Unit (subject to proportionate adjustment in the event of a stock split, stock dividend, combination or other proportionate reduction or increase to the Partnership Units).
