Issued Shares

Issued Shares. Means, collectively, all Option Shares issued with respect to the Option. Issued Shares will continue to be Issued Shares in the hands of any holder other than the Participant (except for the Company and except for transferees in a Public Sale), and except as otherwise provided herein, each such other holder of Issued Shares will succeed to all rights and obligations attributable to the Participant as a holder of Issued Shares hereunder. Issued Shares. Shares issued upon exercise of the Option.

Issued Shares. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of "Registrable Securities."

Issued Shares. The term "Issued Shares" is defined as shares of Common Stock issued pursuant to the terms of this Plan.

Issued Shares. The 928,163 shares of the common stock of General Steel Holdings, Inc. Party A issues to Party B under this agreement.
