Issuer Common Stock. Shall mean the Class A Common Stock, the Class B Common Stock and each other class of capital stock of the Issuer that does not have a preference over any other class of capital stock of the Company as to dividends or upon liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Company and, in each case, shall include any other class of capital stock of the Company into which such stock is reclassified or reconstituted.
