IST Activities. Any activity relating to developing, designing, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, supplying, repairing and servicing industrial steam turbines, in each case conducted with the assets transferred to GE or its Affiliates, from and after, the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the term sheet attached hereto as Schedule D.
