Jafra Subsidiary

Jafra Subsidiary. Means each corporation or other person or entity in which CDRJ, North Atlantic, Jafra Worldwide, Jafra US, Jafra Distribution (Mexico) or Jafra Mexico owns or controls, directly or indirectly, capital stock or other equity interests representing at least 25% of the outstanding voting stock or other equity interests.
