Janssen KnowHow

Janssen KnowHow. Shall mean any and all tangible or intangible know-how, trade secrets, inventions (whether or not patentable), data, preclinical and clinical results, physical, chemical or biological material, and other information that is necessary and useful in the Field of Research and that Janssen owns or Controls on the Effective Date and any replication or any part of such information or material. Janssen Know-How shall exclude Janssen Patents.
