January Security Agreement

January Security Agreement. Shall mean the security agreement, dated as of January 31, 2001, among Alamosa (Delaware), Inc., a Delaware corporation, Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A., as security agent, Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A., as collateral agent for Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, as trustee under the Indenture dated as of January 31, 2001 between Alamosa (Delaware), Inc. and Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A., as trustee, the 2001 Trustee (as to paragraph 6(b)) and the 2000 Trustee (as to paragraph 6(b)).
