JBSI Group

JBSI Group. The group of Shareholders comprised of Bruce Parsons, Steve Shadle, Scott Shadle, Nick Futter, Don Young, Dave Colesante and Mike Colesante, except if at any time any such Shareholder does not have any beneficial interest in shares of Stock, then such Shareholder shall automatically cease to be a member of the JBSI Group.
