Jefferies Credit Agreement

Jefferies Credit Agreement. Means that certain Credit Agreement dated as of February 25, 2014, by and among Hunt Companies, Inc., as borrower, the guarantors from time to time party thereto, lenders from time to time party thereto, Jefferies Finance, LLC, as administrative agent, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as collateral agent, and Jefferies Finance LLC, as swingline lender, and certain other parties party thereto.
