Job Duties

Job Duties. For the Optionee are those job duties the Optionee performed for the twelve (12) months prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement, as well as those duties as may from time-to-time reasonably be prescribed by the Company during the period of the Optionee's employment with the Company.

For the Restricted Shareholder are those job duties the Restricted Shareholder performed for the twelve (12) months prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement, as well as those duties as may from time-to-time reasonably be prescribed by the Company during the period of the Restricted Shareholder's employment with the Company.
