Joinder Agreement

Joinder Agreement. Means a Joinder Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Joinder Agreement. A joinder agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto or such other documentation acceptable to the Agent pursuant to which any Subsidiary of either Borrower becomes a party to this Agreement, the Security Agreement and the Intercreditor Agreement after the date of this Agreement

Joinder Agreement. An agreement dated December 4, 2006 between the Chargor, the Borrowers, the US Guarantors, the Foreign Guarantors and the Pledgee

Joinder Agreement. An agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, acting reasonably, pursuant to which the assignee or transferee of a Lender or the assignee of the Agent becomes a party to this Agreement.

Joinder Agreement. The Director Emeritus Plan Joinder Agreement entered into between the Bank and the Participant or Affiliated Director to evidence benefits granted under the Plan

Joinder Agreement. An agreement entered into between the Bank and the Participant setting forth the Participant's rights, conditions and obligations under this Plan, including the Participant's initial Benefit Account, and applicable vesting requirements

Joinder Agreement. A joinder agreement (in the form provided by the Issuer) pursuant to which the counterparty or counterparties to the Issuer executing such joinder agreement agrees or agree, as the case may be, to observe and to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Securityholders Agreement

Joinder Agreement. The Joinder Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Company, the Guarantors and the Purchasers, whereby the Company and the Guarantors agreed to, among other things, join and become a party to the Purchase Agreement.

Joinder Agreement. Shall have the meaning set forth in the third recital to this Agreement.
