Joinder

Joinder. Means each Joinder to this Agreement executed and delivered by Agent and each of the other parties listed on the signature pages thereto, in substantially the form of Annex 1

Joinder. Unless defined herein, all capitalized terms used in this Joinder have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Purchase Agreement.

Joinder. A joinder to this Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit F annexed hereto entered into by a Subsidiary of the Company pursuant to Section 24 hereof

Joinder. Has the meaning ascribed thereto under the Stockholders' Agreement.

Joinder. Terms defined in the Guarantee hereto are used herein as therein defined.

Joinder. Means the joinder to this Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit III.

Joinder. The joinder to this Guarantee substantially in the form of Annex 1.

Joinder. A joinder to this Agreement in the form of Exhibit A hereto, executed by an Additional Investor and the Company

Joinder. As of the date hereof, each Additional Guarantor hereby agrees that it shall become a "Guarantor" under and for all purposes of the Credit Agreement with the same force and effect as if originally named therein as a Guarantor and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, hereby expressly assumes all obligations and liabilities of a Guarantor under the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, including those set forth in ARTICLE VIII of the Credit Agreement.
