Joint and Survivor Annuity
Joint and Survivor Annuity. The term "Joint and Survivor Annuity" shall mean a benefit which is the actuarial equivalent of the Single Life Annuity and which is payable monthly to Officer during Officer's lifetime with an amount equal to either 50% or 100% of such monthly benefit to be paid to Officer's Original Spouse for the spouse's lifetime after Officer's death.
