Joint Intellectual Property
Joint Intellectual Property. Any discoveries, inventions, technical information, procedures, manufacturing or other processes, software, firmware, technology, patents, trademarks, know-how or other intellectual property rights jointly developed by BASA and MEP after the execution of this Agreement that are used by BASA in creating, or are embodied within, any jointly developed New Product.
