JOINT KNOWHOW. Shall mean confidential information and materials, including, but not limited to, pharmaceutical, chemical, biological and biochemical products, technical and non-technical data, and information relating to the results of tests, assays, methods and processes, and drawings, plans, diagrams, specifications and/or other documents containing said information and data, discovered, developed or acquired jointly by Fuso (or its agents, including researchers at Jikei University), and GenVec (or its... agents, including researchers at DFCI in connection with the Research Program during the Research Program Term.
