Joint Notice

Joint Notice. The notice executed by two or more Parties (other than Escrow Agent) and delivered to Escrow Agent and each other Party pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement. Each Joint Notice shall identify the specific provision of this Agreement pursuant to which it is being delivered. Each Joint Notice may be executed in counterparts.
