Jones Subclass

Jones Subclass. Means a class consisting of all Persons (other than those Persons who timely and validly request exclusion from the Class or Jones Subclass) who exchanged shares of Jones common stock for shares of King common stock pursuant to the August 11, 2000 Jones Merger prospectus, and who were damaged thereby, and/or all persons and entities who were solicited to vote on the Jones Merger pursuant to the Jones Merger prospectus, and who were damaged thereby.
