Junior Liens

Junior Liens. Means all liens, collateral assignments, mortgages and security interests, if any, previously or hereafter granted by any Loan Party or any other Person to Subordinated Lender securing in whole or in part any of the Subordinated Indebtedness.

Junior Liens. Means the First Indenture Junior Liens and the Second Indenture Junior Liens.

Junior Liens. Means the Second Liens, the Third Liens and the Fourth Liens, until the First Secured Obligations are Paid in Full, and thereafter means the Third Liens and the Fourth Liens until the Second Secured Obligations are Paid in Full, and thereafter means the Fourth Liens.

Junior Liens. All liens, security interests, pledges and other encumbrances of any kind, in, to or in respect of any assets or properties of the Company, held from time to time by the holder or holders of Junior Debt as collateral security for the payment and/or performance of Junior Debt, including but not limited to those liens, security interests and other encumbrances created and/or evidenced by the Junior Security Documents.

Junior Liens. Liens on the assets of any Domestic Related Party, which lien is expressly subordinated to any liens in favor of the Bank and which secures only Subordinated Debt.
