Junior Loan Agreement

Junior Loan Agreement. Means that certain Second Lien Credit Agreement of even date herewith by and among the Company, D.B. Zwirn Special Opportunities Fund, L.P., and any other Parties thereto and the Lenders party thereto from time to time, as such agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and shall include any agreement evidencing a successive refunding or refinancing of the indebtedness or other obligations incurred thereunder
