Junior Note

Example Definitions of "Junior Note"
Junior Note. Means the Junior Subordinated Note issued by the Company to the Investor on October 29, 1998 in the original principal amount of $10,000,000.
Junior Note. That certain Promissory Note dated as of September 30, 2004, made by Borrower payable to the order of Junior Lenders in the principal amount of $15,000,000, as amended, extended, renewed or restated from time to time as permitted under this Agreement and the Senior Credit Agreement.
Junior Note. Means the $1,100,000 Convertible Term Note dated December 12, 2003 from Debtor and Guarantor payable to Junior Creditor.
Junior Note. Shall mean that certain Secured Promissory Note dated as of even date herewith (as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time) issued to Junior Creditor, delivered in connection with the Junior Security Agreement.
Junior Note. The Original Junior Note and the Additional Junior Note
Junior Note. Means that certain $10,000,000 Senior Subordinated Note due 2010 issued by Borrower to Lightyear PBI Holdings, LLC, and issued pursuant to that certain Securities Purchase Agreement dated on or about the date hereof.
Junior Note. Shall mean the Subordinated Convertible Note dated as of December 9, 2004, as amended by Amendment to Subordinated Convertible Note dated as of April 28, 2006, by Debtor in favor of the Junior Creditor and a Note and Subordination Amendment Agreement dated as of May 26, 2009 among Junior Creditor, the Debtor and General Electric Capital Corporation, in the original principal amount of $5,000,000.
Junior Note. The certain promissory note dated as of April 16, 2012, executed and delivered by Borrower in favor of Junior Creditor, as modified, amended or restated from time to time
