Junior Obligations. All of the obligations and liabilities of the Borrower to the Junior Creditors, including with out limitation, all loans (including the Subordinated Convertible Notes), advances and other extensions of credit made by the Junior Creditors to the Borrower, whether fixed, contingent, now existing or hereafter arising, created, assumed or incurred, including all post-petition interest and make-whole premiums, whether or not allowed as a secured claim or as an unsecured claim in any proceeding,... including any proceeding arising under Title 11 of the United States Code. Junior Obligations.
