Example Definitions of "Junior Securities"
Junior Securities. The Common Stock and all other equity or equity equivalent securities of the Corporation (other than the Series E Preferred Stock), including, without limitation, the Series A Preferred Stock, the Series B Preferred Stock, the Series C Preferred Stock and the Series D Preferred Stock
Junior Securities. Means the (i) Common Stock and all other equity or equity equivalent securities of the Corporation, and (ii) all equity or equity equivalent securities issued by the Corporation after the Original Issue Date that do not rank senior to or pari passu with the Series A Preferred Stock
Junior Securities. Means the Common Stock and all other equity or equity equivalent securities of the Corporation other than the Series C Preferred Stock.
Junior Securities. Has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Certificate of Designations for the Preferred Stock.
Junior Securities. Means the Common Stock and all other Common Stock Equivalents of the Corporation other than those securities which are explicitly senior or pari passu to the Series D Preferred Stock in dividend rights or liquidation preference.
Junior Securities. The (i) Common Stock and all other equity or equity equivalent securities of the Corporation outstanding as of the date hereof and (ii) all equity or equity equivalent securities issued by the Corporation after the Closing Date
