Junior Securities

Junior Securities. Means the Common Stock and all other equity or equity equivalent securities of the Corporation.

Junior Securities. Means Capital Stock that, with respect to dividends and distributions upon Liquidation, ranks junior to the Series C Preferred Stock, including but not limited to Common Stock, Series A Preferred Stock, and any other class or series of Capital Stock issued by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company on or after the date of the Main Agreement, but excluding any Parity Securities and Senior Securities issued (i) to Fletcher or its authorized assignees under the Main Agreement and the Prior... Junior Securities. Means all shares of capital stock of the Company, and all securities exercisable for or convertible into shares of capital stock of the Company (other than the Debentures, Warrants, First Debentures and First Warrants), currently outstanding or issued and outstanding at any time after the date hereof.

Junior Securities. Means Capital Stock that, with respect to dividends and distributions upon Liquidation, ranks junior to the Series B Preferred Stock, including but not limited to Common Stock and any other class or series of Capital Stock issued by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company on or after the Issue Date (other than the Series B Preferred Stock and any Parity Securities and Senior Securities issued with the approval of the Holders of a Majority of the Series B Preferred Stock).

Junior Securities. Junior Securities. Means Common Stock and each other class of Capital Stock or series of preferred stock issued by the Issuer, which is established after the date of this Certificate of Designation by the Board of Directors of the Issuer, the terms of which do not expressly provide that such class or series will rank senior to or on a parity with the Preferred Stock as to dividend distributions and distributions upon a Liquidation Event.

Junior Securities. Means the Common Stock and all other Common Stock Equivalents of the Corporation other than those securities which are explicitly senior or pari passu to the Series D Preferred Stock in dividend rights or liquidation preference.

Junior Securities. Shall mean Common Stock and any other class or series of stock of the Company except for the Series A Preferred Stock.

Junior Securities. The Common Stock and all other equity or equity equivalent securities of the Corporation, including, without limitation, the Corporation's Series A Preferred Stock, Series B Convertible Preferred Stock, Series C Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series D Preferred Stock and the Series F Preferred Stock.
