Junior Security

Junior Security. Means the Common Stock and any other class of capital stock or series of preferred stock of the Corporation which does not expressly provide that it ranks senior to or pari passe with the Series A Preferred Stock as to dividends, other distributions, liquidation preference or otherwise.

Junior Security.
