Junior Units

Junior Units. The Common Units and any other class or series of Partnership Units the holders of which are entitled to the receipt of distributions or of amounts distributable upon liquidation, dissolution or winding up, as the case may be, junior in priority to the holders of the Series Four Preferred Units.

Junior Units. Means interests in the Partnership that, with respect to distributions on such interests and distributions upon liquidation of the Partnership, rank junior to the Preferred Units, including but not limited to the Common Units.

Junior Units. Partnership Units representing any class or series of Partnership Interests (which for the avoidance of doubt, excludes any convertible debt securities) now or hereafter issued and outstanding, the terms of which provide that such Partnership Interests ranks, as to payment of distributions and amounts upon voluntary or involuntary liquidation, dissolution or winding-up of the affairs of the Partnership, junior to the Series A Preferred Units.
