JVB Loan Facility

JVB Loan Facility. Means the Amended and Restated Note Revolving Note and Cash Subordination Agreement, dated December 21, 2021, by and between Byline Bank, as lender, and J.V.B. Financial Group, LLC, as borrower, as the same may be amended and/or restated from time to time, and any successor agreement(s) thereto.

JVB Loan Facility. Means the Loan Agreement, by and among Parent, the Company and J.V.B. Financial Group Holdings, LP, as guarantors, J.V.B. Financial Group, LLC, as borrower, and C&Co PrinceRidge Holdings, LP, and MB Financial Bank, N.A., as lender, as amended, and the Revolving Note and Cash Subordination Agreement, dated January 29, 2019, by and between MB Financial Bank, N.A. and J.V.B. Financial Group, LLC.
