JVCo

JVCo. A limited liability corporation established in Bolivia and, subject to Sections 2.2(c) and any change in the ownership shares of the Partnership in accordance with Section 5.4, shall be owned 50/50 by the Partners with the purpose of exploiting Bolivian lithium deposits using the iTDE Technology. The establishment of the JVCo is the purpose for which the present Partnership is formed.
