JVDA Well

JVDA Well. Or "JVDA Wells" whether individually or collectively, means any and all wells within WEHLU or the AMI that are drilled and produced as a part of the JVDA on a Spacing Unit, and all increased density wells on such Spacing Unit or any lesser Spacing Units, which are covered by this Agreement.
