Kaplan Party

Kaplan Party. (A) Thomas S. Kaplan or Dafna Recanati Kaplan; (B) any spouse, parent, sibling or descendant (including by adoption) of either of the persons referred to in clause (A) above; (C) any trust created for the benefit of any of the persons described in clauses (A) or (B) above or any trust for the benefit of such trust; or (D) any person controlled by one or more of the persons referred to in clauses (a), (B) or (C) above
