Kauai Owner Agreement

Kauai Owner Agreement. Shall mean that certain Owner Agreement, dated as of the Effective Date, by and among HPTMI Hawaii, the New Tenant and MI with respect to the Kauai Property, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time as herein or therein provided.
