Key Consultant

Key Consultant. Means a person who is engaged by InterMetro Communications, Inc. or its Subsidiaries as a non-employee to perform tasks on a contractual basis over a sufficient period of time that he or she satisfies the eligibility criteria set forth by the Securities and Exchange Commission for a non-employee to participate in a registered stock option plan.
