Key Executive

Example Definitions of "Key Executive"
Key Executive. Means an individual who, immediately prior to the Change in Control, is a member of Executive Group I or Executive Group II. 4
Key Executive. Means any person, including Officers and Directors, employed by the Company or any Affiliate of the Company in a senior management or key technical position, as determined by the Board. Neither service as a Director nor payment of a director's fee by the Company shall be sufficient to constitute "employment" by the Company in such a position.
Key Executive. Means an eligible person, as described in Article 5 hereof who accepts a grant of Restricted Stock.
Key Executive. Each of Miller, Beauchamp and Haske, so long as he remains an employee, officer or director of, or consultant to, the Company.
