Key Principal
Key Principal. Means, collectively: (a)the natural person(s) or entity(ies) that manages Borrower that Lender determines is critical to the successful operation and management of Borrower, and the Collateral, as identified as such in Section 2.3.2.; or (b)any natural person(s) or entity(ies) who becomes a Key Principal after the date of this Agreement and is identified as such in an assumption agreement, or another amendment or supplement to this Agreement.
