Example Definitions of "Kit"
Kit. An in vitro diagnostic medical device, as defined in regulation at 21 C.F.R. § 809.3(a), that is in a kit form and that requires FDA Approval, which allows the Licensed Technology to be used to perform the Test.
Kit. A package or unit of sale that contains a SoftPAP® cervical cell collection device and Synermed Preservative
Kit. All reagents and materials, not including instrumentation or associated software, as are necessary to perform an Assay.
Kit. Means each kit specified in Schedule A, and any other additional kits purchased by Heska from Volition under the terms of or as contemplated in this Agreement.
Kit. Means an in vitro diagnostic product that requires regulatory approval and is sold in a kit form for the purpose of allowing third parties to perform a test.
