Knowledge of Elle

Knowledge of Elle. Or "Elle's Knowledge" means the actual knowledge of any director, officer, member or employee of Elle and the Knowledge such individuals would reasonably be expected to obtain in the course of diligently performing his or her duties for Elle and/or making a reasonable inquiry into the matters contemplated by this Agreement.
