Knowledge of Eton

Knowledge of Eton. Or "Eton's Knowledge" means the actual knowledge of any director, officer, member or employee of Eton and the knowledge such individuals would reasonably be expected to obtain in the course of diligently performing his or her duties for Eton and/or making a reasonable inquiry into the matters contemplated by this Agreement.
