Knowledge of Seller

Knowledge of Seller. Means the actual knowledge of Leo S. Eisenberg, Deb Gutterson, Barry Zasloff, Robin Cook or John Cook after at least one of them has made reasonable inquiry into the matter in question (if any such inquiry is reasonably appropriate under the circumstances).

Knowledge of Seller. Means the actual knowledge of the individuals identified in Schedule 1.1(o).

Knowledge of Seller. Or "to the knowledge of Seller" or similar phrases mean those matters actually known by Richard Brock or Judi Vitale.

Knowledge of Seller. Means the Knowledge of any of the officers of Seller or of Seller' Stockholder, or of any of Mark Sipes, Eric Hazel and Keath Lauderdale.

Knowledge of Seller. Shall mean the actual knowledge of the following employees of Seller: Nicholas Tompkins and David Taft

Knowledge of Seller. The actual knowledge of any director, officer, member or employee of Seller and the Knowledge such individuals would reasonably be expected to obtain in the course of diligently performing his or her duties for Seller and/or making a reasonable inquiry into the matters contemplated by this Agreement.

Knowledge of Seller. The actual knowledge of Kevin Sarney and Matthew Ebert after due inquiry

Knowledge of Seller. Or Seller's Knowledge or a similar phrase means, with respect to any matter, the actual knowledge of the members, officers or managers of Seller or the Principal Owners, or facts regarding such matter which reasonably should have been known by such persons after making a diligent inquiry with respect to such matter;
