Kohlberg Investors. Shall mean, as of any date, Kohlberg Partners V, L.P., Kohlberg TE Investors V, L.P., Kohlberg Investors V, and Kohlberg Offshore Investors V, L.P. and their respective Permitted Transferees, in each case only if such Person then holds Shares.
