As used in this Agreement means the Kumar himself or herself, and his or her family members, spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, successors, assignees, agents, representatives, businesses, insurers, subrogees, and attorneys, and all persons or entities claiming through any of the foregoing persons
