l Participant. A Participant shall be an Employee selected by the Employer to participate in this Plan that elects to participate in this Plan by executing and delivering to the Employer a Participation Agreement that results in deferred Compensation and Earnings attributable to the Participant's Deferred Compensation Account. An Employee shall be deemed to be a Participant on the date of such initial deferral.
