Example Definitions of "Lab Trial Period"
Lab Trial Period. Means, separately for each Exclusive Customer, the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending: (a) two (2) years after the Effective Date for a Category 1 Customer; and (b) eighteen (18) months after the Effective Date for a Category 2 Customer, each of which may be extended in accordance with Section 3.6.
