Labeling

Labeling. The design and specifications for the artwork and text required for the labels and packaging inserts for Packaged Product, in each case in the form provided by Purchaser to API

Labeling. All labels and other written, printed, or graphic material affixed to or accompanying any AFECTAIR Devices or any containers of AFECTAIR Devices or wrappers accompanying such AFECTAIR Devices (e.g., instruction sheets, package inserts).

Labeling. All labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter upon: (i) Product or any container, carton, or wrapper utilized with Product or (ii) any written material accompanying Product

Labeling. All labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter upon: (i) Bulk Drug Substance or any container, carton, or wrapper utilized with Bulk Drug Substance or (ii) any written material accompanying Bulk Drug Substance, including, without limitation, product inserts that bear the trademarks or trade dress of HALOZYME, or other matter designated in the Specifications.

Labeling. Means all written, printed or graphic matter upon a Product or its container or accompanying a Product e.g., labels, cartons, packaging, package inserts, instruction sheets, operating and maintenance manuals, posters/display materials containing printed or graphic information, and promotional pieces). Labeling includes anything written that supplements or explains a Product and that is disseminated. Labeling may accompany the Product or may be sent before or after the Product is shipped.
