Labor Costs

Labor Costs. Shall mean Omrix's compensation of its personnel and its subcontractors and consultants who fill Omrix's full-time, permanent personnel positions in connection with the performance of Omrix's obligations under this Agreement relating to the Project (including, without limitation, the salary of such personnel).
