Example Definitions of "Landlord"
Landlord. As used in this Lease shall include the owner or owners of the property and/or the aforementioned managing agents as well as the Landlord's heirs, representatives, assigns, and successors in title to Property.
Landlord. Bedford Property Investors, Inc., a Maryland corporation, and any successor Landlord under the Master Lease.
Landlord. Shall mean the owner or lessee of the Building (or part thereof) of which the Demised Premises form a part.
