Landlord

Landlord. As used in this Lease shall include the owner or owners of the property and/or the aforementioned managing agents as well as the Landlord's heirs, representatives, assigns, and successors in title to Property.

Landlord. Bedford Property Investors, Inc., a Maryland corporation, and any successor Landlord under the Master Lease.

Landlord. Shall mean the owner or lessee of the Building (or part thereof) of which the Demised Premises form a part. In the event of the termination of the Landlord's interest in the Building, the current Landlord shall be relieved of all obligations under this Lease, and without further agreement, the purchaser of the Building or other assignee of the Landlord's interest therein will assume all obligations of Landlord under this Lease.
