Example Definitions of "Landlord's Work"
Landlord's Work. Shall mean the work required to prepare the Third Amendment Premises for Tenant's TI Work in accordance with Exhibit B-1, which work shall be, or has been, performed by Landlord at Landlord's cost in a good and workmanlike manner using Building standard materials.
