Last Sale Subscriber

Last Sale Subscriber. Means a person that has executed a Nonprofessional Subscriber agreement or a Professional Subscriber agreement with OPRA setting forth the terms and conditions under which such person is permitted to receive Last Sale Reports for its own use and not for the purpose of retransmitting or redistributing Last Sale Reports to any other person, and that has been approved by OPRA for such purpose.
