Latent Defect

Example Definitions of "Latent Defect"
Latent Defect. Means a defect or other non-conformance in Conforming CGMP Product that: (i) was not discoverable upon commercially reasonable physical inspection and testing of the Conforming CGMP Product; and (ii) causes the Conforming CGMP Product to be a Non-Conforming CGMP Batch.
Latent Defect. [**] as described in the Quality Agreement.
Latent Defect. Means any Defect other than Apparent Defects.
Latent Defect. A defect that causes a Product to fail to conform to the Specifications or to the warranties provided by CoreRx hereunder, which defect is not discoverable upon reasonable physical inspection and testing performed pursuant to Article 6 but is discovered at a later time (e.g., in the course or as a result of long-term stability studies).
