Launch Date

Launch Date. Means the date of the first such commercial sale following the Launch.

Launch Date. Means the date on which GAIN Supported KMD Client is first distributed by Sharman as the default download at www.download.com, or any alternate download site through which at least [***] percent ([***]%) of all KMD downloads are initiated.
